What does WITHHOLD ADJDCTN mean as my final disposition on a speeding ticket?

I am from Washington State. I got a speeding ticket while in Miami, FL. I hired an attorney to fight the ticket who sent me a letter informing me the case was closed and no points had been assessed nor traffic school needed. Just pay court costs of $201.

I went on line and checked county records; and it reads:

Incident Date #: 05/05/2012 Related Misdemeanor Charges: NONE
Case Type: INFRACTION Attorney of Record: ALEX HANNA
Violation: 316.187(2)(C) - VIOLATION OF STATE SPEED ZONE
Case Action: TO BE PAID

Plea Entered: NOT GUILTY Amount Due: $201.50
Disposition: WITHHOLD ADJDCTN Penalty Assessed: $201.50
Disposition Date: 06/08/2012 Due Date: 07/09/2012
Accident Indicator: NONE ON FILE Traffic School: N/A
Speeding Detail: 84 MPH in a 60 MPH ZONE

It means the court is withholding adjudication. Basically, the judge reviewed the case and did not make an official determination. The case will likely stay in suspension until the statute of limitations expires, as long as you are not a repeat offender.
