Many things can happen.

But, none of those things can happen until you run into the police one day, they run a check on you, and discover you have WARRANTS. They'll arrest you, take you to jail, you'll eventually see a judge, your PO will be notified, and you'll either get another chance (HIGHLY LIKELY IF YOUR CASE WASN'T THAT BAD), or they'll revoke you - you'll get a little prison time, or a little jail time.

If you remain attached to the homeless underground, no one might ever know.

You could be smart, contact your PO, tell him or her about your problems, they'll help you get it sorted.

Truth is, they really, really want you to succeed. Therefore, you talk to your PO, you could get this sorted fairly easily.
