My husband missed a court date and was picked up from our home. Instead of them just clearingh the warrant they kept him and gave him a new court date. It's indictment 00000 0000. Charge 145.00 MA (criminal mischief-3rd A misdemeanor) I plan on attending his court date and I just want to know what to expect

You should retain an attorney to represent him.
You should also NOT discuss his case over the telephone, if he calls you from jail.
All calls from the jail are monitored and recorded.
If he starts, tell him, we shouldn't be discussing your case.
