Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication what can i do!!!!!!!!

i havce an outstanding warrant in cali like (9 or 10 years)i currently reside in alaska and want to move back home (cali) where my family is! i have two kids under age 6 and the mother is unfit and i cant raise them here (ak) alone how can i resolve this warrant without jail time???????
