Los Angeles County, by the way.
I am going to court in the morning for a ticket I received for no front plate, no proof of registration on me, and the car not being registered to me as I had just bought it. I have proof of insurance at the time of the citation, but I know that will be a $25 fine, the front plate issue is $25, and the lack of registration will be $50 as I sold the car only 6 days later.
I have a bench warrant for a ticket from 2005 that I am still trying to find affordable representation to take care of. It is for a different courthouse, but from the same county.
So my question is this, how likely is it for the court to have run a 10-29 for traffic court? My wife is mega stressing and now so am I.
Any information would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
