so. i have been told that i cannot get emancipated. i am 15. my grades are suffering, i feel unsafe in my own home, and i am under constant stress. due to my mother's drug use and her bringing people into my home that put me at risk..

what can i do to get myself to narman, oklahoma with the family that i have known most of my life, and has opened their arms to me, where i could attend school and have a job?

If abuse or anything harmful is happenning in your home talk to a school counselor. The counselor can then report this to Children's Services

You just cannot get up and move. Your mother needs to assign this family in OK guardianship but does your mom even know them? You need to call social services if your mom is on drugs but understand, they are not going to place you with this family out of state most likely. If your asking us to give you a way where you can go stay with this family legally, there is none unless your mom gives them guardianship.
