my boyfiend and i jointly own a home. his name is the primary on the mortgage and also on the deed. he moved out of state 4 months ago and shows no intrest in the property at which i am still living. i've sent him a quit claim deed which he has not retuned. what are my options for removing his name so i can sell the property? or can i file abandonment charges? we lived together for 7 years. i'm from pa.
