No response because nobody knows how you can legally sign over all your property to your spouse. Why would you want to do that and that in itself does not make much sense. Is this the same spouse that has left you and don't you have kids that a 3rd party has guardianship of? You have alot of legal problems, you cannot be helped via a message board. sorry.
