can a former supervisor who is no longer a supervisor, and security escort an employee out to employee's car and demand that the employee open the door and give her (not security) company's documents that were in the employee's car without company's authorization Did I have any employee's rights- such as a union's stewards' presence or afforded the opportunity for some one to witness the incident in by behalf.

The non-supervisor took the documents and refused me copies as the documents were to be used for a government medetation (cant spell word) hearing as evidence against the former supervison.

Yes, a supervisor can do all of that.

Weingarten rights (the right to a union representative to be present on request) apply only in the event of a meeting in which you have a reasonable expectation that disciplinary action will result. They do not apply when the decision to terminate you has already been made.

Nothing in your post suggests that any of your rights under the law were violated. No one here has any way of knowing whether or not any violations of your CBA occurred.

I agree,

your rights have not been violated in any way. Be prepared to have some swift action taken againsed you in this situation by your employer. You should not be removing anything from your employers premesis, it is their property.
