I missed court for a no proof of insurance ticket because the officer long formed complainted me so when the court day came i missed it so the police came to my home and raided it for a gross misdameanor and faild to present warrent upon request

The law doesn't require you to be shown the actual ARREST WARRANT at the time of your arrest.

You usually receive a copy of the warrant during the booking process, or at your arraignment/bail hearing.

Arrest warrants aren't treated the way SEARCH WARRANTS are.

I suggest you complain about what you perceive as DEFECTS in your arrest and booking to your lawyer.
