My boyfriends mother has an adult child living on her property. Her daughter is abusive, threatens the lives of herself, her husband, and other family members. This daughter has drug problems. There is not any type of written rental agreement between the parent & child. She has told her daughter to leave, but she is refusing. How can she kick her 31 yr. old abusive daughter out of her home?
