Want out but over my head in bills

I am a dad want too get out of marriage wife and I don't get along anymore. She running credit cards up and we owe more on are morgage then our home is worth. we have 2 kids one in college other going in fall. Both kids paying for there on way for the most part. My wife is self employed works out of our home with a child daycare.

You file for divorce, and possibly for bankruptcy. If neither of you want the house, then you can see if the bank will accept a short sale or let it foreclose.

One of you needs to file for divorce though.
