i defaulted on a personal loan. a wage garnishment was assigned. the amount of the garnishment has been met. now the creditor has assigned a new garnishment for interest charges. at the rate they add the interest this will go on indefinatly. is this practice allowable. the original loan and interest has been satisfied. now they just keep trying to collect additional interest charges.
