Voluntary....def?

I am about to be moving. I am currently buying a mobile home. I have been trying to sell my mobile home, but no luck. I am running out of time. I did contact the mortgage company and informed them of my plans. They told me that if I "voluntary reposess" my mobile home, that I will only have to pay the differance of what "they" make off of the sell. Then he tells me that if I DO a voluntary reposession that my credit will not show "repo", or voluntary repo"...etc. So I'm just curious to what my credit will look like after this is done. Is he right?? Thanks!
