Generally no - Maryland requires consent from all parties.

There may be exceptions to this (where there is no expectation of privacy, for example).

can someone record me talking without my consent or knowledge in Maryland?

Yes, they can record you.
Anyone can be recorded, surreptitiously.

If you're asking whether its legal, in your state, generally not.

The problem will be proving it.

If it can't be proven, it never happened.

The Md. Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance statute prohibits it in most cases but as Army Judge said the problem would be proving it.
