Are you the Father? If so, is there court ordered visitation set up? If not, you need to go to court & get visitation, etc. set up.

Re my post above, I might mention if you are a grandmother to the child (for example), you have no rights to the child.

What is your relationship to the child? If you're not the Father, where is the Father?

Who are you to this child? If your the Father have you established yourself as Father via courts or by signing any birth documents?
