My daughter is suppose to spend Christmas with her father but he is currently in jail and i believe that she should spend Christmas with me. The supervisor of his visits, his mother, is pushing the issue saying that she should still travel to Florida from Texas to visit him. For my daughter to visit her father the jail requires a notarized form from me allowing her to enter the jail which has to include dates that i am unaware of. My daughter will only be able to see her father for an hour and a half while she is there, and the grandmother only wants the visit for herself which she has already admitted. With the little contact kept between myself and her father, they tried to keep his incarceration a secret. Eventhough it is his scheduled visitation am i required to send my daughter out of state to visit her father in jail?
