Visit With Grandchildren

The last time I saw and heard from my grandchildren was about 8 yrs ago -- I wish for my son to contact me more but he always has excuse -- he lives in another state -- is there any way i can compel him to visit with my grandchildren? I know grandchildren visit with his wife's parents.

You can certainly talk to a Lawyer but if both Mom and Dad are ignoring taking the children to see you there isnt much hope. I am truly sorry

If they are still married there is almost no chance is going to intefere also given so much time has passed since you have seen them. Hard to argue this late in the game that a visit is in the kids best interest. You're free to see an attorney to see wat they say.
