Hi,
My O1 (artist) visa has been denied two month ago. My lawyer said I can reapply within the next six months to get it and I will but in the meantime, I need to visit the US again for a short period of time before Xmas.
I was wondering what I should cross for the question "Have you ever been denied a US visa" in the ESTA form and the one to be filled in the plane?
My lawyer said I should say "No" because it was a Change of Status denial, not a visa (as I was in the US when I filed AND got the answer from Immigration) but I just want to make sure before I leave.
If I have to say "Yes", what are my options to reenter the US as I have absolutely no intention to stay there for an extended period of time?
