My girlfriend is in violation of her probation in Utah for a felony drug charge. She was recently living up there until she took a trip to Nevada without a travel permit. Unknowingly she had an old warrant from 5 years ago in Nevada and was locked up for 90 days. Also when she was picked up in NV they also had tacked on a possession charge but it was later removed. Her PO in Utah was notified and issued a warrant while she was in Jail. Luckily she was released a week early and avoided a hold from her PO. I picked her up and drove her to California where she was had stayed with me at my house for a week and in a hotel for a week but now she is living in an apartment.
My question is: How much trouble is she in for violating her probation & What kind of trouble am I in for moving her to CA and for harboring a fugitive?
