Viewing Civil Trials Online

You probably won't find one. Civil trials are boring.

The trials themselves aren't. You can read the federal civil filings via Pacer (or it's free analog courtlistener.com). Some states have public access to the filings for free via the web, others are really annoying and costly to get to (essentially they assume everybody who wants to do that is an attorney).

And if one wants the testimony one would have to buy a transcript from the court reporter or sit in the courtroom.

Keep in mind that "best" is a relative term and doesn't imply that the "best" is actually good.
A regular civil trial would virtually never be broadcast (online or anywhere else).

Neither of them are civil trials. Judge judy pretends to be an arbitration, but it even falls down for that. It follows neither the rule of law or accepted arbitration guidance. Reality TV isn't. The "parties" are paid as entertainers and the show picks up whatever relief Judy dishes out.

Best to find a court that is open and holding civil trials and go sit.
