Hello, I live with my boyfriend and he used our digital camera to videotape part of an argument we were having in our residence. He did not make me aware of it and he only filmed me raising my voice with him and him silent. (not the part where he was swearing and breaking things)
He took the camera and showed the video to mutual friends in order to assault my character and garner up credibility. It worked. I have never done anything of the like to him.
Is this illegal? What can I do?
