very Racist Slurs from a customer

My jurisdiction is: Florida

i run a cell phone Repair small business, after a disagreement with a customer to pay our service fee ($25), (btw, he signed our repair order agreement where he consented to all our terms and conditions), he sent us very nasty emails full of nothing but very racial words like "Phone Terrorist-
camel A$$, .....etc), off course in addition of other F and other Words.


his brother called and appologized over the phone and in another email, yet this customer wont stop of calling, emailing , and complaining to the Better Business bureau. what else? he said he will conact the Feds and other agencies.

is there anything i can do to stop this maniac??

Good question. You may want to tell his brother that you will have to report this to the police as you have a real fear that this may escalate and is based upon a potential hate crime? If the brother can't stop him, then that is what I'd do for starters.
