Hello,
I am in the process of trying to settle unsecured debt (credit card) with the help
of a settlement company.
Things have been going as expected, until last night when I recieved a verified complaint
from one of the credit card companies lawyers.
I lived on a fixed income, (social security disability and a disability pension)
and do own my home.
I want to pay my debts, I don't want to get a judgement, what do I do????
