Corporate Law vendor rebates

Is it legal to establish an arrangement whereby company A sells directly to company B's vendors and then pays Company B a rebate based on the purchases by its vendors?

I realize I am a bit late in replying, and also I have no legal backgroud, I actually came here for advice myself. But since you don't have any other replies, I thought I would share my 2 cents. I don't know about the legalities of it, but I do know of manufacturing companies in my industry using services like reshare DOT com (it won't let me post a link) to process that sort of thing
