My wife's friend was driving my car and got in a accident in Dallas area said there was no accident report done they just traded info and he was at fault I got where he is trying to claim it on my insurance as if it was her fault what can I do?

Report your/her version of the story to your insurance company and let the duke it out with the other party's insurance. Without a police report it's one person's word against the other, but sometimes they can make a determination by examining the damage to the vehicles.

Agree, anytime your car is involved in an accident report it to your car ins. co. & explain what happened. Your ins. co. will go/handle from there.
