I have a VA drivers license. I just moved to NC the beginning of September. I received a reckless driving ticket on I-95 at the end of August. I know I wasn't going 90, I've never been above 80 in my life, but how can you argue w/a cop. My driving record is clean with positive points. I am wondering if I can get a NC drivers license and request a prayer for judgement.
