Usage of photos of buildings in a paid app

Hello

Average mobile apps developer from Europe here. I would like to publish paid (in any way) mobile app, that uses - photos/drawings/public domain photos from the internet - of buildings in US, that can be seen from publicly available places. (Excluding military objects probably)

I am wondering, if i can face any legal issues and on what (parts of) documents should I focus to get more info.

Found on the Internet does not equate to the public domain. You need permission from the person who created the imagery. Either obtain the rights (there are many sites that have famous buildings that you can get for little money) or shoot them yourself.
