Dear Sir,
I am have the requisite 5year stay as a Legal Permanent Resident to apply for Naturalization, however, unfortunately, I was charged and pleaded guilty and was conditionally discharged with $250 fine under § 240.26 Harassment in the second degree 4 years back.
Can someone advise me if I should apply for Naturalization now and if I apply will I be able get it or should I start packing to go to my home country.
