K Visa US citizen Married to a Canadian

My Wife is a Canadian. I am currently living in Canada as an international student. We plan on moving back to the California in 2011. What do we need to do help get her dual citizenship? What kinda of visa?

Etheir a fiancee visa or marry her there and file for her there via the US consulate........it would take an average of 8 months
