ok, long story short, got a drinking ticket, went to send in monday, saw it had to be in 14 days before the court date, i called the court house, and heard something about some law saying you lose your license for a year for a drinking ticket? is this for sure? or a just a possibility? i had a clean record up until this ticket

thanks so much in advance, my court date is June 2nd, I'm pretty nervous, should I look to get a lawyer, please, any help you can offer
