Recently my common law wife left me to return to her "ex-husband". We have 2 vehicles and a house in both of our names. New information I have gathered shows that she was never divorced from her "ex-husband". I'd like to know where I stand, what this means if anything and how to cut her loose from my house.(yes I'm aware that I need to refinance under my own name).Any other help would be greatly appreciated.
