I purchased a vehicle in late September 2007. I was shown a clean car fax. I have had several minor problems with vehicle. Covered under warranty. I discovered last night after trading this vehicle that it had been in an accident. The real car fax for this vehicle showed the accident. Can I take legal action against the dealer that sold me the vehicle?

A: Go to small claims court and try to prove the actual and direct damages which you have suffered, if any. If there aren't any, then don't bother.
