Vehicle Summons. What Can I Do To Beat The Case That I Had Reopened .

IT would cost to much money, and take too much time to do anything. When you failed to appear, you screwed yourself. Even once the order was made, you had time to appeal, it appears that you have gone past that time.

Does personal/private property have to be "registered"? Think about it.
