I have been living in this apartment with my roommate since August. Last night, January 24th I received an e-mail from her stating "it wasn't working out" because I leave dishes piled in the sink, she found the stove on one time, and HER hair straightener was left on (even though I have my own and don't use her, she assumed I left it). She has no proof that she isn't at fault for those things. She went on to say that she wants me to move out by February 15th of this year and to not pay rent for the month of February either. She said she already spoke to the land lord and she said she would break the lease for things like the stove being left on.

My question is, does she have the right to kick me out, and so early, for that reason? There is no proof that my room mate didn't leave the stove on or that I was the one who did. Besides that, this is the first I have heard from my room mate about any problems with me. I have completely obeyed the lease to the fullest extent. I pay my rent , in full, on time every single month. I do not destroy the property, I am not loud or disrespectful. So legally, can my roommate, or even my land lords kick me out if I have not breached the lease? Especially for something like my room mate saying it just isn't working out and I left the stove on?

Please Help! She wants me out in about 2 weeks! We live in Pennsylvania and the lease is not up until December 31st 2008.
