my boyfriends 11 and 6 year old children were at our home by themselves for about and hour and their grandmother tricked them into opening the door and entered my home while i wasn't there and without my permission. is this legal?

Yep.
Perhaps you need a restraining order if grandma isn't allowed around your property or the kids.
Also, maybe the kids aren't ready to be left alone if this is a problem?
