Undisclosed frame damage

Bought a car on 6/16/12. We have yet to receive the car. Asked numerous times for a vehicle history report and after excuse after excuse we decided to purchase one for ourselves. History report says frame damage but no accidents. When we confronted the salesman he told us that they bought it from an auction and that the auction house just says there is frame damage so the bank will write off on it at a lower price. Is this legit? Is it too late to back out?

I agree. Hopefully they will give you your money back. I also hope that the vehicle history report and other representations were part of the agreement. There is also the matter of any guarantee as to the delivery of the car. Don't know your situation but be prepared. Most of these places don't care to give back money and prefer to have disgruntled buyers apply that money for something else. Let's remain optimistic. Good luck.
