You've gotten way too far ahead of yourself.

Yes, there is a possibility of a lawsuit.
Yes, there is a possibility of a judgment in excess of your limits that you would have to pay the difference or file bankruptcy (unless the accident was alcohol related and then you'd be stuck with the debt).

Statistically, however, depending on the seriousness of the injuries your insurance company is likely to settle within policy limits.

On the other hand, based only on your statement, you might not be liable and the insurance company will defend you and pay nothing.
