I am 19 years old and got breathalyzed outside of a party and blew a .006. I have never gotten in any kind of trouble before. The 3 cops that were there told me and my friends to plead Not Guilty. They said I probably wouldn't lose my license or get fined. Should I listen to the cop or will following this advice screw me over more. .006-That's like half a can of light beer! I don't want to lose my license; paying a fine or community service is not a problem for me.
