Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage/Public Drunkenness

I recieved two citations. One for underage drinking and one for public drunkenness. Should I plead guilty or not guilty? Also, what are the consequences of such citations?

You haven't given enough information. Do you have a record, how old are you, what are your future plans? You need to stop drinking and straighten up your life or things will get worse. I would suggest that you get an attorney, and get into a first offender diversion program.
