My jurisdiction is: Michigan
This is my first offense and i have no idea what is going to happen so here is my story.
I was at a party and drinking around 11pm. Then around 1:10am i seen a cop going down the basement and told me to get in the living room upstairs with the rest of 7-9 people. I blew a breathalyzer and got a .13. Then he gave me a M.I.C. (Minor in consumption).
I am 17. My court date is Dec. 10.
Should i fight it?
Is there any way to get it off my record?
Will it affect my college or career future?
What kind of basic charges should I expect?
