Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Under age consum[tion

My 19 year old daughter was arrested for under age consumption & a traffic speeding violation, 22 miles over the speed limit. Live in Illinois, was in Ogle County, Live in Winnebago County. This is the first offense & first traffic ticket. What is the best plan of action?

I would recommend to not make the mistake most parents make -don't pay all her fines and bail her out of jail. Whats lessen are they going to learn? That daddy will get her out of the next one too -as for her get a lawyer.
