UCC info in preparation for business

I am looking into starting a repossession business. I have spent most of today researching the law on it for the states I would serve, but over and over again, the only thing I find as far as the law is the same: "As per UCC, law allows..." but I haven't been able to find a link to read / know what that actually is.

I'm assuming "UCC," refers to the Uniform Commercial Code. If I'm right about that, I have found a link to that, but I don't know what part of the code I'm looking for.

Can someone maybe tell me if I'm looking in the right direction and/ or provide a link to the part/s of the code I need to refer to.

The UCC is the Uniform Commercial Code. Have you begin to read it? You should become familiar with the code and several sections might apply depending upon the circumstances.
