tx other persons fault auto accident

I was hit going through an intersection the other person ran the red arrow turning into the front drivers side panel. I was injured and am missing work, my car is immobile I need a rental to get to Dr appointments. I also have car payments due, is their insurance going to pay my expenses while I can't work? Do I necessarily need a lawyer ?

You need to inform your ins. co. of the accident (if you haven't already) & let them handle. That's what you pay them for. They will contact the other party's ins. co. Your ins. co. has lawyers should one be necessary.
