im liveing in Pa. lastnight me and my buddy was drinking a lil and we decided to go to the store. well on the way back he forgot to turn on the headlights and a cop pulled us. well they breathalyized him and he was arrested then asked me to drive the car but i had to get one too. well i never said anything about i was drinking but the test came up .014 and i was arrested and i dnt see how when the limit here for a minor is .02
