Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Troubled

My daughter received an MIC last year in the summer of 2004. It was removed due to Teen Court. My daughter has received a second MIC last weekend at the age of 16. Would it be best to contact a lawyer to represent her. She has now turned 17.
