Trouble with coworker

If a coworker harasses you, calls you an 11 year child, says "can't you just get it". "don't you understand anything". Says thing that are not true that could hurt your chance of becoming a fulltime employee or keeps asking you about your health issues. What legal rights do I have as a temporary employee?
 
Not much - you are not protected by the company that is contracting you - the only person you could complain to would be the temp agency that you used, if you have one. But as a part time or a full time employee, for that matter, there isnt much you can do other than go to HR if you were a full time employee.
