We bought an 2008 Buick enclave last summer... Because of mileage it wasn't under warranty, but did have dealer certified inspections( everything according to them is in great working order) within 30 days we had to take car back for transmission repair. Tried to give car back to dealer but they wouldn't take it...The repair came with warranty, but we are 2000 miles over, GM send a recall of course when car wasn't haven't problems- but doesn't cover because of mileage... Today my car died on the side of road- transmission problems... What are my options?
