I am currently on felony probation for a Battery on a LEO sentenced to 18 months probation with 9 months early termination apond completion of 16 weeks alcohol substance abuse classes and anger managment with an ajudication withheld I am looking to transfer my probation out of state. I have heard this is not so easy to due, which the nature of my offense what are my chances of not being accepted into the new sate and how do i go about getting this completed?
