I received TS from a hearing (15 pages).
There are at least 5 omissions/revisions to my detriment.
The CSR is foreign born. Her English is good, but for this, it may not be good enough or there is deliberate acts to defraud.
I am having problems with the opposing party and Judge and I am appealing their misconduct. The Court Clerk is also complicit for altering the Minute Order.
So I am inclined to believe the CSR has joined, but I am trying to not jump to conclusions with out this research.
The CSR had a laptop and seemed to be sitting aside of it.
Q: Does this mean she has the new equipment with modern CAT (computer-aided transcription) systems with artificial intelligence,?
Although I am accusing the Judge and staff of misconduct I truly prefer to accuse those who are indisputably guilty. I wonder about the pressure a CSR would have to change the record if a Judge asked.
Q: How could I verify her recording without getting her in trouble?
Q: What would I expect to see or not see?
